Effect of Temperature and Number of Drenching on Elution Rate As shown in Figure 2 a, the elution rate of pyrene showed an upward, then a decreasing trend with increasing temperature, and reached the highest value (49.3%) at 45 °C; the elution rate then decreased by 6.8% when temperature increased to 55 °C.
