The data presented in Figures 1(a) and 1(b) demonstrates that there was a highly significant increase in the expression of miR-181a-5p (4.56 ± 0.92-fold change, p < 0.0001) and miR-125b-2-3p (6.39 ± 0.68-fold change, p < 0.0001) in maternal peripheral blood of the RH-HDFN group compared with the control group.
