Other socio-demographic health variables including age, income, education, and self-rated health were found to be highly significant, such that older, 32 poorer, 33 less educated, 34 and those reporting poorer health compared to their peers were less likely to be activated overall ( Table 3 ). 35 Sensitivity analyses pooling all responses, that is, including multiple responses for beneficiaries included in multiple years of the survey, did not meaningfully change this pattern.
