Women with OWOB are at a higher risk for delivering small and large for gestational age infants, while women categorized as overweight are at risk for delivering large for gestational age babies 35 ; thus, there may be significant physiological differences within the OWOB pregnant women that were masked due to inability to differentiate the groups.
