The time-point of test performance was highly significant for classification of result: negative results according to Roche-Tests ( n = 19) were obtained at 76.8 ± 65.9 days after PCR-confirmed infection (Figure S1), positive Roche-results ( n = 91) were measured significantly later ( Fig. 2 ) ( p < 0.001 according to Wilcoxon) at 111.6 ± 76.6 days after infection.
