The increase of aversive behavior in response to the visual cue was highly significant in Mela(CTmGluR6)-treated ( p = 0.0003) and C57BL/6 mice ( p = 0.0026), but no behavioral change in response to the drifting stimulus was seen in untreated rd1 littermates ( p = 0.83, Fig. 7b ).
