Temporal changes in brain Jarid2b transcript levels within 21 h after high-temperature treatment were examined and the result showed that the expression levels of Jarid2b had no significant differences at 4 and 6 h after high-temperature treatment in the XX + HT group compared with the XX group, and then turned to extremely significant upregulation from 8 to 21 h ( Figure 8 ).
