In two phase I studies of senaparib in Australian and Chinese patients with advanced tumors, the exposure to senaparib reflected by maximum concentration ( C max ) and area under the plasma concentration–time curve (AUC) demonstrated an increasing trend from 2 to 80 mg, but appeared to plateau above 80 mg [ 7 , 8 ].
