A total of 12 kinds of tumor tissues has significant difference in KRAS expression levels, of which 9 tumor tissues BRCA (Breast invasive carcinoma), CHOL (Cholangiocarcinoma), COAD (Colon adenocarcinoma), KIRC (Kidney renal clear cell carcinoma), LUAD (Lung adenocarcinoma), LUSC (Lung squamous cell carcinoma), READ (Rectum adenocarcinoma), STAD (Stomach adenocarcinoma), and UCEC (Uterine Corpus Endometrial Carcinoma) had an extremely significant difference; meanwhile, 3 tumor tissues (GBM (Glioblastoma multiforme), LIHC(Liver hepatocellular carcinoma), and THCA(Thyroid carcinoma) had a significant difference ( Figure 1 ).
