The comprehensive histogram and the line chart in combination with correlation related values, indicated that only AmorI was highly correlated (r = 0.078; p = 0.065) with the quantity of DNA extracted by the PF-BAs where the p-value (0.065) was close to being significant at the 0.05 level ( Fig 5b–5e ; Table 5 ).
