Eight downregulated and five upregulated proteins (pN+ vs pN0) had a highly significant differential abundance according to the status of locoregional metastasis ( q = 3.25E-03 to 4.91E-02 for nine proteins; two proteins were exclusively detected in 50% of pN0 samples: CD209 and TGFB1I1) (Fig. 4d ; Supplementary Data 2-8 ).
