Through the regulation of several other plant stress response genes ( OsCYP89G1 , OsDREB1F , OsEREBP2 , OsERF104 , OsPM1 , OsSAMDC2 , OsSIK1 ), OsNAC45 may be significant in regulating abscisic acid signal responses in rice, which could be the key to produce rice with increased salt tolerance (Zhang et al., 2020b ).
