Consistent with cell type mapping studies of neurological trait risk in human and mouse, we found a highly significant enrichment of heritability in neurons for neuropsychiatric traits such as major depressive disorders (MDD) and schizophrenia (SCZ) (Fig. 6a ) 62 , 66 .
