Since the upper bound for pertussis incidence in our sensitivity analysis has poor agreement with the number of pertussis hospitalisations in Thailand, we undertook a final threshold analysis of the lowest probability of hospitalisation for which the upper bound pertussis incidence is still cost-effective, on the premise that there may be significant under-reporting of non-hospitalised cases.
