In this study, the uptake rates of NH 4 + and NO 3 − gradually saturated with increasing substrate concentrations under a single N source, while they remained on an increasing trend under mixed N source treatments, with the T4 treatment being the most obvious, indicating that NH 4 + and NO 3 − promoted each other’s intake in this study, as evidenced by the magnitude of Vmax values of pecan.
