The significant interaction of the HIIT-14 showed a push-up improvement after the sixth week when compared to baseline with a moderate effect (baseline: 24.75 ± 5.7, wk6: 35.5 ± 8.28, wk8: 36.12 ± 7.3, p : 0.009, ɳ 2 : 0.15) ( Figure 1 ), showing a marginal trend to increase upper-body strength during the intervention.
