In this work, a decreasing trend of ROS can be observed as the concentration of CuONPs increases; the concentrations closest to the MIC show the highest peak in the production of ROS with respect to the negative control, and as the concentration increases, the production of ROS decreases, this is directly related to the treatment since at concentrations above 37.7 μg/mL a high percentage of mortality in C. albicans cells was registered.
