A slightly increasing trend was first seen among females during 2018–2019 (MbRR: 1.03, 95% CI: 1.02, 1.04) but followed by a substantial decrease during 2019–2020 (MbRR: 0.90, 95% CI: 0.89, 0.91), with an RMbRR of 0.88 (95% CI: 0.87, 0.89) ( Figure 3 ; Supplementary Figure 3 ).
