While in bivariate analyses, three motivational functions resulted as statistically significant (social, protective and career) in association with the reduction of volunteer time, only social-related motivations maintained a certain role in the regressions (i.e., the more this motivation, the less the reduction of time), which reached the level of statistical significance in Model 3, while it resulted only close to significance in the others.
