The value of M R for the un-doped ZnO nanostructures is 2.6 × 10 −4 emu/g and 3.2 × 10 −4 as well as 5.5 × 10 −4 emu/g for the 1% and 5% Cu-doped ZnO nanostructures, respectively, showing an increasing trend with Cu doping.
