The S-ACP activity ranged from 44.85 to 57.18 μmol.g −1 and showed an overall trend of increasing and then decreasing with increasing altitude; the activities at 1200~1500 and 1500~1800 m were both significantly different from those at 1800~2100 and 2100~2400 m.
