Difficulty in breathing was the second most common presenting symptom reported in 32 patients (24.62%) with an incidence of only 2.70% in Group A while 33.33% in Group B and was therefore, found to be highly significant ( p value = 0.0003*). 5.41% cases in Group A did not have any symptoms while in Group B, 19.35% were asymptomatic ( p value = 0.046*).
