For count data, if sample size n ≥ 40, theoretical number T ≥ 5, Pearson chi-square test was applied to analyze the data; If n ≥ 40, 1 ≤ T ≤ 5, Pearson’s chi-square test with Yates’ continuity correction was applied; If T < 1 or n < 40, or P value approached the level of significance α, Fisher’s exact test was applied.
