Although the differences in the migraine attack frequency and related disability did not achieve significance by the diet quality, the polyphenol intake, and the phytochemical intake, the mean attack duration was significantly lower in participants with poor diet quality (17.7 ± 18.83 vs. 27.0 ± 21.83, p = 0.016) compared to others.
