The effect of perceived organizational support on the prohibitive voice behavior of knowledgeable talents during the COVID-19 pandemic: Exploring moderating role of the digitalization level.

The results of correlation analysis show that the correlation coefficient between prohibitive voice behavior and perceived organizational support of knowledgeable talents was 0.157 and highly significant at the 1% level, indicating a positive correlation between the two (the higher the organizational support perception of knowledgeable talents, the more words of prohibitive voice behavior were published), which initially verifies the validity of hypothesis 1.
