Consistent with our prior experiment showing decreased viral RNA in the nasal secretions of AdCOVID vaccinated mice on DPI +3, we observed a highly significant decrease in both total viral RNA ( Figure 2g ) and replicating virus subgenomic RNA ( Figure 2h ) in the nasal wash of the DPI +3 AdCOVID vaccinated mice.
