Main results are as follows: 1) the hemodynamic performances at 1 year were unsatisfying, with an overall trend towards reduction in EOA and a significant rate of HVD, 2) despite the No-react® treatment of the conduit, graft endocarditis was not rare and 3) we observed some cases of early graft detachment at its proximal anastomosis with the aortic root.
