While PTAH was generally favored based upon the FAQLQ and FAIM scores in placebo‐controlled trials, confidence intervals were broad, encompassing zero; thus, each confidence interval should be examined from a clinical perspective to assess trends to estimate the probability that observed changes in an apparent trend represent true differences in HRQoL improvements. p ‐values for comparisons were not available due to the exploratory and post hoc nature of this analysis.
