Finally, we showed a highly significant negative interaction between the D0 to D10 AUC of the change in β-lactamase activity and the D0 to D10 AUC of the change in C. albicans DNA levels (Spearman correlation; R: −0.59, P value: 0.009; Fig. 3D ).
