A highly significant increase was seen in the ratio of these cells at all-time points tested in both vehicle- and GT3-treated groups at 5.8 Gy TBI (in vehicle-132%, 117%, 216%, 119% on days 2, 7, 14 and 30; in GT3–162%, 150%, 157%, 87% on days 2, 7, 14 and 30, respectively) ( Figure 8 B).
