Dynamic profile The males did not show a definite trend of PLT throughout the trial (Slope and Cubic nonsignificant); however, a decline followed by an asymmetrical peak emerged with age (Quadratic*Age Coef. = 0.01 [0.005 ~ 0.02], SE = 0.003; Cubic Coeff = −0.002 [−0.005~−0.001], SE = 0.002); this pattern did not differ by diagnostic group.
