Consistent with the relative abundance data, the qPCR results also showed a decreasing trend of the NTM concentrations as a function of shower time, with an average concentration of 2.16 (± 1.67) ×10 6 gene copies/L at 0 min decreasing to 5.32 (± 5.28) ×10 4 gene copies/L at 50 min (Figure 2 ).
