The sentences

highly significantno p-value reported
A small cleft between one of the nests and the adjoining stroma may be observed (Figure 1G ). Comparing the percentages of p53-marked nuclei in the total number of nuclei, between the different types of BCCs, we found that there are no significant differences between the values obtained for control areas (ANOVA p=0.516>0.05), but there are highly significant differences (ANOVA p=0.000<0.001) between different areas of the tumor, which proves that the mutational status of p53 differs depending on the type of BCC.
