In the present study, we found that the attitudes of the physician were the factor most significantly considered when choosing a surgeon rather than reputation or professional experience, and surgeons' social media were paying attention to patient’s needs and opinions, sparing enough time for patients and communication skills considered highly significant by the majority of the participants.
