Ultimately, VAT-RM (hazard ratio [HR] = 12.515, P < 0.001 in the training cohort; HR = 9.285, P = 0.005 in the total test cohort) was identified as the most important independent predictor of disease progression, followed by SAT-RM (HR = 2.189, P = 0.086 in the training cohort; HR = 3.280, P = 0.060 in the total test cohort) with P -values approaching, although not reaching, significance ( Table 3 ).
