A significant effect is observed in housing prices when the RES interact with variables of self-characteristics-with a high-quality primary school and middle school as well as residences management fee, while the facilities accessibility variables–the distance to the closest dump, rail stations, hospitals and funeral facility have marginally significant effects on housing prices.
