In general, the in-situ stress near the Guodishan fault has the following characteristics: With the extension of F 16-17 coal seam to the deep, the maximum horizontal principal in-situ stress and vertical in-situ stress have an increasing trend, but the maximum horizontal in-situ stress of coal seams at the same elevation in the hanging wall of the fault is generally less than that of the footwall, indicating that the footwall of the fault is more affected by tectonic stress.
