Significant post-surgery correlates at year four included lower quality of life, greater depressive symptomatology, greater externalizing symptomatology, greater dysregulation, illicit drug use in the past year, and exposure to someone who attempted or completed suicide, with hazardous alcohol consumption marginally significant.
