Essentially, the results showed that no pollutant was significantly associated with an increased risk of term delivery, with only two barely significant associations: an increase of 10 μg/m 3 of NO 2 resulted in an increased risk of 1.01 (RR 95% C.I. 1.002–1.021, p < 0.05) after 5 days from exposure, and an increase of 10 grains/m 3 of aeroallergens resulted in a very fleble protective effect after 7 days from exposure (RR 0.996, RR 95% C.I. 0.999–0.993, p < 0.05).
