The Physiological Stress Response Due to the Sampling Operation in Farmed European Sea Bass Cortisolemia (ng/mL): The obtained results ( Table 3 ) showed, a statistically very highly significant increase in mean cortisolemia in the post-stress state ( p < 0.001) in subadult (+56%) and adult (+42%) sea bass compared to that recorded in the pre-stress state.
