Among established prognostic parameters including leukocytosis > 13 G/L, anemia < 10 g/dL, thrombocytopenia < 100 G/L, and the presence of blast cells in peripheral blood, all of them had a highly significant adverse impact on survival in the univariate analysis (Table 2 ).
