The results demonstrated that the expression of the activation marker CD38 on the CD4 + T subset was significantly decreased in TKI-F patients compared with HIs (19.6% vs 10.5%, P = 0.0020) ( Figures 1D and F ), while the level of CD69 and HLA-DR also showed a decreasing trend on the CD4 + and CD8 + T subset respectively ( Figure 1F ).
