In terms of basketball skill level ( Figure 2 ), the results of the repeated measures ANOVA showed a highly significant main effect of time [ F (1,62) = 209.150, p = 0.000 < 0.05, partial η 2 = 0.771], indicating that there was a highly significant difference in basketball skill level over time after instruction, and all in the direction of improvement.
