Although China implemented an important policy in 2013 (i.e., Air Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan), the concentration of particulate matter dominated by PM 2.5 (particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter ≤2.5 μm) shows an obvious decreasing trend, while O 3 concentration shows an increasing trend, gradually becoming the dominant air pollutant in China [ 7 , 8 ].
