In the latter stages, however, when there are too few internal pores to accommodate new hydration products, internal stress is generated, which eventually further cracks; Up to a hydration age of 270 days, the compressive strength of cement-based materials increased continuously, but subsequently showed a decreasing trend, which is related to the effect of rehydration on the internal pore structure of cement-based materials.
