AGR2 and POSTN expression, which met the high stringency criterion, were confirmed to be significantly elevated in tumor tissue compared to non-tumor tissue, while TFF1 and CP , which met the low stringency criterion, had an increasing trend in expression in tumor tissue compared to non-tumor tissue, that did not meet statistical significance.
