AAV-ophNdi1 transduced cells demonstrated higher ATP levels (96.21 ± 35.79 pmol/min) compared to both the untransduced control cells (54.68 ± 19.75 pmol/min) and AAV-NDI1 transduced cells (58.76 ± 26.92 pmol/min) but did not quite reach significance ( n = 0.0689 pmol/min, ANOVA; n = 6).
