It is noteworthy that some genes showed extremely significant differences and the expression of genes that were reported to regulate dimorphic transition in Y. lipolytica under nutrition deficiency and some other conditions were also changed, such as MHY1 and its direct target genes, and some cell wall proteins encoding-genes ( Table 3 ).
