For both disease-related traits, developmental stage had a highly significant and large effect (AUDPS: p < 0.001, η p 2 = 0.987; AUSIPS: p < 0.001, η p 2 = 0.967), with mature postbolting plants having significantly larger values for both variables ( post hoc sequential Bonferroni tests: p < 0.001), followed by bolting and juvenile prebolting, being equal for the two variables ( post hoc sequential Bonferroni tests: p ≥ 0.455).
