Some studies conducted internationally favor that psychological disturbances due to COVID-19 among healthcare workers show an increasing trend.[ 22 , 27 – 29 ] Some research also suggests that there might decrease in these symptoms over time.[ 30 , 31 ] In the current study, depression, anxiety, stress, and insomnia showed decreasing trend; sleep quality improved over time; and nightmare experience remained relatively unchanged.
